Zettex Easy Silicone Neutral Sanitary is an oxym based universal sealant with excellent mold and
bacteria-resistant properties. Zettex Easy Silicone Neutral Sanitary is colourfast and UV-resistant and therefore
the perfect all-round sealant for all types of connection joints in bathrooms, swimming pools, saunas and other
high-humidity areas.

Application areas
For sealing all types of joints in sanitary areas, joints between sandwich panels and areas with high moisture
content. Can be used as a seal along window frames, as a seal in cold stores, kitchens, swimming pools,
polycarbonate patio roofs and almost all types of natural stone. Sealing on porous and non-porous surfaces
where mould is present.
Utilization
The surface must be clean and free of dust, grease and oil residue. This can be removed using the Zettex
Profireiniger. Spray the Profireiniger on a Zettex Bonte or Witte tricot cloth and then remove the residue. The
Zettex Easy Silicon Neutral Sanitairy adheres to most surfaces without primer. However, a test beforehand is
recommended. If you have any doubts about using a primer beforehand, please contact our technical department!
Building materials with leaking oil, plasticizers or solvents. No adhesion is possible on PE, PP, PTFE. In addition,
Zettex Easy Silicon S cannot be painted over .
