Zettex Spraybond X35 is a very high-quality heat-resistant contact adhesive for bonding both, American and European EPDM, to all surfaces. Zettex Spraybond X35 is BDA certified for several types of surfaces in terms of aging and wind load. Due to high solids and high rubber content, this adhesive is extremely strong and safe to use. Application: Dry the materials to be bonded and make them free of dust and grease. After that, easily spray the contact adhesive on both surfaces. A distance of 30 cm between the surface and the gun is ideal. Preferably apply the adhesive layers without an overlap. Both materials can be bonded to each other after 2-4 minutes, then press or roll firmly. If an overlap occurs while spraying, the open time has to be at least doubled. When a surface is very porous, always check if there is sufficient contact between both adhesive layers. Eventually apply an extra layer.
